# Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 August 2026

## Acceptance of these terms

By using drinaamfaiq.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

## Nature of this website — a marketing tool

This Site is a **marketing and presentation tool** for the practice of Dr. Inaam Faiq. It is not an educational resource, a medical reference, or a source of medical advice. Its purpose is to introduce the practice and its treatments, and to invite you to a consultation.

All content — treatment descriptions, FAQs, articles, timelines, and imagery — is **general information only**. It describes treatments in general terms and may not apply to your individual case: every person's skin, health and circumstances are different, and **not all cases are the same**. Information presented here may not reflect what is possible, suitable or advisable for you in real life.

## Consultation, diagnosis and results — in clinic only

No part of this Site constitutes a consultation, diagnosis, treatment plan or promise of results. **The only valid consultation, assessment, diagnosis and treatment outcome is the one provided in person, in clinic, by Dr. Inaam Faiq**, after reviewing your individual case and medical history. Nothing on this Site creates a doctor–patient relationship.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

## Results vary

Before-and-after photographs on this Site show real, unretouched results of individual patients, shared with their consent. Aesthetic outcomes differ from person to person; no specific result is promised or guaranteed.

## AI skin analysis tool

The AI skin analysis tool on this Site is an **automated marketing and engagement feature** that generates an indicative, machine-produced assessment from the photo you submit. Its output is **not a medical diagnosis, not medical advice, and not a treatment recommendation**, and must not be relied upon as any of these. Automated analysis can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inapplicable to your individual skin and health situation.

Any decision about treatment requires an in-person consultation, examination and diagnosis by Dr. Inaam Faiq or another qualified physician. We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on the tool's output. By using the tool you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

## Appointments and communication

Messages sent via WhatsApp or the Site do not constitute a confirmed appointment until confirmed by the clinic. For urgent medical matters, do not use this website — contact emergency services.

## Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, design, images and branding — belongs to Dr. Inaam Faiq's practice or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

## Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Fonts). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including in respect of medical services actually provided at the clinic, which are governed by their own terms and UAE healthcare regulations.

## Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

## Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site means acceptance of the current version. Contact the clinic via [WhatsApp](https://drinaamfaiq.com/whatsapp/) or [phone](https://drinaamfaiq.com/call/) with any questions.
